Disclaimer
Please read this Disclaimer before using the State News AI portal. By accessing or using our website and mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.
1. General Information
The information on State News AI is published for news and general information purposes. We take reasonable care to report accurately and to keep our coverage current, and every story is verified at the editorial desk before publication. Even so, we do not warrant that every item is complete, current and free from error at every moment. Readers should verify independently anything on which they intend to act.
2. Assisted Content and Transparency
State News AI uses assistive technology to support its reporters. Reporters file raw facts, voice notes and media from the field, which are then processed for formatting, translation, grammar and structural clarity.
Facts come from people. The core facts, reporting and media in a story are gathered by human reporters or drawn from official releases and authorised syndication partners. Stories are not generated autonomously. Every story is approved by a human editor before publication and carries a byline, a location and a timestamp.
Assembled formats. Bulletins, shorts and soft story videos are assembled from stories that have already been reported, verified and published. Representative or illustrative images are labelled as such.
Where the responsibility lies. Our editorial guidelines prohibit fabricated information. Where an error nonetheless appears, responsibility for what we publish rests with State News AI, not with the tools used to prepare it. Errors are corrected under the corrections policy set out in our Editorial Policy.
3. Reporters, Sources and Opinions
Reporting on this portal comes from our network of appointed reporters and district contributors, from official government releases, and from authorised syndication partners. The source is indicated on the story.
Opinion pieces, columns and analysis reflect the views of their named authors and do not necessarily reflect the position of State News AI or its publisher. This does not extend to news reporting, for which editorial responsibility rests with the Editor in Chief.
4. Reader Comments
Readers may comment on articles after signing in.
Comments reflect the views of the individuals who post them, not those of State News AI.
We may monitor, edit or remove any comment that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, promotional, spam or unlawful, without prior notice.
Objectionable comments may be reported to our Grievance Officer.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Photographs, videos and reels published on State News AI are either the original work of our reporting network or used with appropriate permission or licence. Original content published on the portal is owned by Seagull Venture Private Limited.
If you believe any content on the portal infringes your copyright, write to our Grievance Officer with proof of ownership and details of the material. We will act promptly, including by removing infringing material.
6. Advertisements and External Links
Advertisements. Advertising inventory on the portal is sold to third parties. Advertisements and sponsored content are labelled as such. We do not endorse the products or services advertised, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of advertiser claims. Responsibility for those claims rests with the advertiser.
External links. We do not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of information on third-party websites linked from the portal.
7. No Professional Advice
Our coverage may touch on health, finance, law, government schemes and similar subjects. It is published for general information and does not constitute medical, legal, financial or tax advice. Market, currency, commodity and weather data are provided for information only and are not investment advice. Astrology and spiritual content is published as traditional belief and general interest, and is not a substitute for professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything published here.
8. Errors and Omissions
News is published under time pressure and errors can occur. Where a factual error is identified, we correct it promptly, normally within 24 hours, and mark the correction openly rather than editing silently. We do not accept liability for typographical errors, omissions or delays in updating information. We reserve the right to correct or update content at any time.
An article will be removed only where removal is legally required, where the story is shown to be substantially false, or on the order of a competent authority or court.
9. Social Media Sharing
We provide tools for readers and reporters to share articles on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and other platforms. Once content leaves our portal it is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for how our content is framed, altered or discussed on external networks.
10. RSS Feeds and Syndication
We may offer outbound RSS feeds so that readers, aggregators and search engines can follow our updates.
Use of our feeds is for personal, non-commercial purposes unless expressly authorised in writing.
